Rey Llaneta warmly receives Ayala Land representatives in Guam
The Guam market has long been the interest of Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. (ALISI). However, due to Guam’s laws about selling foreign real estate in the island, it will not be as easy as setting up a booth there and start selling. There are requirements that have to be fulfilled before a company can sell their projects.
ALISI had known about this and they recognize that they would need help from someone in Guam that would guide them in legally setting up their marketing campaign in the island. Rey Llaneta and ALISI go a long way back as partners in real estate. So naturally, when ALISI planned to get their sales campaign in Guam going, they sought the help of their friend, Rey Llaneta.
On Sept 16th, ALISI met up with Rey in Guam to help them set up a marketing campaign for Ayala Land projects in the Philippines. Rey is the president and broker/owner of the first RE/MAX in the Philippines and so this Guam road trip will be a joint campaign between ALISI and RE/MAX Asyenda Realty. Rey will be helping ALISI meet the legal requirements of setting up a marketing campaign in Guam.
This can be the start of a fruitful relationship between RE/MAX Asyenda and ALISI.
